COMPETITION RULES

Information on how to enter this competition forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Competition period: The competition commences on March 2, 2021 and closes at 11:59pm on March 30,2021. All references to times are to Sydney time.

How to enter:

There is no charge for entering this competition and no purchase is necessary to enter or redeem prizes.

To enter the competition, Entrants must go to the competition website via the URLxxxxx and follow the prompts to register their details including -First name, surname, telephone number and email address + answer our question.

All Entrants who register their details and will receive one entry in the draw to win the 3 months Coaching Session. See Prize Details below for details of the prize provided in this competition.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be 21 years of age or over and an Australian resident to be eligible to enter this competition.

Entrants are not eligible to enter this competition if they are an employee or immediate family member of the Franchise Ready team.

The actual odds of winning the prize draw will depend on the number of Entrants in the competition.

Draw information:

The draw will take place at the offices of the Promoter at 27 Abercrombie Street, Chippendale, at 12pm on March 31, 2021 via a random manual drawing process. The Winner will be notified by telephone within 48 hours of the draw. Their name will be posted on the Promoter’s social media accounts.

General Provisions:

The Promoter, in its absolute discretion reserve the right to verify the validity of the claim and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process.

The Promoter reserves the right to resolve any and all discrepancies , disputes or unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit subject to relevant State legislation and State permit regulations. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Neither the Promoter nor any of its agents are responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, ineligible or incorrectly submitted entries.

If for any reason, this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any Entrant or Winner, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participating in this competition or taking any prize, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google or any other social media site or any of their affliates, and each entrant or participant completely releases, to the full extent permitted by law, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google or any other social media site or any of their affliates from all liability related to this competition.

Participants and entrants should direct all questions and comments regarding this competition to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google or any other social media site or any of their affliates.

The information on the entry form is being collected by the Promoter for the purposes of the advertised competition and utilisation by the Promoter for marketing and promotion of their services via email, phone or mail. The Promoter may also disclose information collected from entry forms to its related entities, affiliated suppliers or contracted third parties for their marketing purposes. It is a condition of entry that prize Winners agree to provide at least a photo and/or videos of them and/or whilst on their coaching session and agree that the Promoter may publish such photograph in marketing, publicity and promotional material without any further payment or compensation to the Winner.

All Entrants give the Promoter their express and indefinite consent to contact them by telephone, SMS text messaging or email for promotional purposes.
